Nina Ewing 

Nina Ewing is  a Food Safety Compliance Coordinator with over 15 years’ experience working in the American and International food business. Starting her professional career as a Food Safety Supervisor for a major food manufacturer, Nina made major strides to assist in the design, development, and implementation of Food Security, Food Defense and Supplier Quality Management. Nina works as a Consultant, Auditor, and ServSafe Proctor.  She continues to maintain a close relationship in the Food Industry through consulting and continual training to sharpen her skills.
